Job Description

To lead the evolution of our global data platform and ensure it becomes a strategic enabler for all functions and business units. You will play a critical role in establishing a governed, scalable and secure platform that supports analytics, advanced insights, and AI.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the long‑term product vision, strategy and roadmap for the data foundation and analytics enablement
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with strong focus on quality, governance, adoption, and business value
  • Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and evolution of platform capabilities
  • Engage with data engineers, architects, data scientists, business owners and domain stakeholders
  • Drive onboarding, communication, documentation and training efforts

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership or similar roles in the data/analytics domain
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory), Databricks and Power BI
  • Practical understanding of data governance, data quality, data modelling, metadata management and modern data architecture
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale data transformations, enabling analytics, data science or AI initiatives
  • Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps)
  • Product Owner / Product Manager certification
  • Azure or Databricks certifications

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ML Ops, data product thinking, Data Mesh or domain-driven design
  • Experience working with Enterprise Architecture teams or security teams
  • Background in cloud platform modernization
  • UX or Design Thinking certification is a plus
