We’re looking for a Product Manager to own core parts of the Arena product—helping define what we build, why we build it, and how it delivers measurable growth for marketers. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI capabilities, marketing workflows, and platform architecture, working closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for someone who can think in systems and platforms, not just UI screens.
Job Responsibility:
Define and evolve Arena’s product vision and roadmap for AI-driven marketing use cases
Identify high-impact marketing problems across acquisition, activation, retention, and measurement
Translate customer needs and market signals into clear product bets
Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy
Work with engineering and AI teams to productize LLMs, agents, RAG, and automation workflows
Define requirements for model orchestration, data pipelines, and integrations
Ensure AI features are usable, explainable, reliable, and measurable
Make build vs. buy decisions for AI and third-party marketing tools
Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning in an agile environment
Partner with design to deliver intuitive, marketer-friendly UX
Drive launches, beta programs, and iterative improvements
Act as the voice of the customer across marketing, sales, and customer success
Work with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, and enablement
Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
