Centennial Technologies Inc. is seeking a hands-on and entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products in a small-business environment. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and product strategy through MVP delivery, adoption, and scale. The Product Manager will work closely with founders, engineering, and early customers to translate real-world problems into scalable AI solutions. This is a true product ownership role, not a client delivery or project management position.
Job Responsibility:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and value proposition for AI-enabled products
Lead customer discovery efforts to identify high-value, repeatable problems worth solving
Translate insights into clear product requirements, hypotheses, and MVPs
Develop and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap aligned with business and customer value
Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver AI capabilities such as automation, agent workflows, and decision-support features
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on impact, learning, and feasibility
Write concise, outcome-focused epics and user stories that enable fast, high-quality execution
Participate actively in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with a focus on learning and iteration
Define and track product success metrics including adoption, usage, ROI, and operational impact
Support early go-to-market activities including demos, pilots, and customer onboarding
Continuously evaluate tradeoffs across speed, accuracy, scalability, cost, and user experience
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in startup or small-team environments with at least 1 year in AI product development
Demonstrated experience building market-facing software products from concept to launch
Experience working with AI-enabled products (e.g., LLMs, automation, analytics, decision support)
Strong background in product discovery, roadmap ownership, and outcome-based prioritization
Ability to operate effectively with limited structure, evolving requirements, and ambiguity
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business, technical, and user perspectives
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, may be subject to a government security investigation, and must meet eligibility requirements for clearance
