Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager within Small & Business Banking. This role will be strategic and visionary, leading the definition and execution of product outcomes and strategy. This role is responsible for driving the end-state product vision and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional omni-channel experiences that generate measurable business results and customer value.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop teams of individual contributors for leading product implementation
Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product implementation team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
Manage capacity, dependency and sequencing of implementation activities across technology releases
Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements:

6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience

Nice to have:

Proven track record of delivering successful omni-channel products with measurable business outcomes
Process, risk and controls experience (e.g., audit, RCSA, testing)
Formal program and project leadership experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities
Deep understanding of product development methodologies, customer experience design, and agile practices
Experience with risk management, compliance, and governance in product environments
Experience in lending processes and operations
Experience with lending systems, such as nCino
