Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager for Home Lending Servicing to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital and operational products supporting the end-to-end mortgage servicing lifecycle. This role is responsible for defining product vision, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring servicing platforms deliver stability, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and value for customers, servicing associates, and internal operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital and operational products supporting the end-to-end mortgage servicing lifecycle
  • Define product vision, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring servicing platforms deliver stability, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and value for customers, servicing associates, and internal operations
  • Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Manage, mentor, and coach Product Managers to develop strong product thinking, execution discipline, and domain knowledge
  • Build a high‑performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and senior executives regarding origination product strategy, status, risks, and outcomes
  • Facilitate cross‑functional alignment to ensure product readiness, change management, and frontline adoption
  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
  • Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience with mortgage servicing platforms including MSP, LoanSphere, SHAW
  • Familiarity with mortgage servicing regulatory frameworks
  • Experience leading large-scale technology or business transformations
  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
  • Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
