Job Description:

The Product Management Lead will be accountable for managing varying products within Global Workforce Optimization, aligning client needs with business strategies, and delivering maximum benefit for clients while maintaining operational efficiencies. The job involves vendor relationship management, overseeing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage one or more products
  • provide oversight across products and applications
  • leverage skills across multiple product support areas
  • demonstrate an understanding of how apps support integrates within the overall technology function
  • vendor relationship management which may include global oversight
  • maximize operational efficiencies, strengthening incident management, problem management, and knowledge sharing practices
  • participate in business review meetings, relating product strategies to business requirements
  • develop and execute short, medium, and long-term plans for technology integration
  • deliver significant savings to the organization
  • influence multiple teams of professionals across a matrixed organization
  • appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
  • ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant product ownership, vendor management, and technical experience
  • experience in product and application strategy, support, and overall management
  • experience managing global technology teams and navigating 'follow the sun' approach to resourcing
  • strong negotiation skills and experience of senior stakeholder management
  • ability to make independent decisions that will have critical impact and influence capital expenditures and business operations
  • working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and future approaches
  • excellent communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences
