Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to support the research and development of new AI products. The primary responsibility of this role is to guide the direction of, and largely organize and manage, the product and technical documentation that enables Riskcovry’s new product initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for retail insurance integrations
  • Organize clear and detailed requirement documents, functional specifications, and integration guides
  • Support product development for API-based integrations by documenting workflows, request/response structures, and edge cases
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements and proactively propose solutions
  • Assist technical teams during development, testing, and integration phases by clarifying requirements and resolving issues

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to decompose complex business challenges into actionable technical requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
