Job Responsibility
Drive the localization and implementation of global transformation strategies within EMEA, ensuring adherence to the Fund Accounting and Administration Design Principles
Act as the primary EMEA champion for Scale (leveraging vendor technology), Operating Model (enabling global consistency), Capabilities (developing proprietary differentiation), Client Experience (consistent reporting and oversight), and Data (single data model, AI integration)
Identify areas where differentiation truly matters to operations and clients, and lead execution to ensure the value from these differentiated capabilities is realized
Provide EMEA-specific insights to influence global strategy and product direction
Lead, mentor, and develop the Dublin-based product development team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture
Ensure effective capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance management for the regional team
Serve as the senior leader and escalation point for all transformation activities originating or impacting EMEA
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs and projects within EMEA, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes
Orchestrate the seamless integration and alignment of product, technology, and operations teams to drive unified transformation efforts
Manage interdependencies across various projects and global teams
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks associated with regional transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Cultivate strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, operations leads, technology partners, and compliance/risk functions across EMEA
Represent the global transformation agenda to regional leadership across segments, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and strategic value
Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA-specific transformation inquiries and escalations
Requirements
Fund Accounting & Administration Expertise – Proven experience across fund accounting, administration, and client servicing models
Leadership & People Management – Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams across regions
Proven Transformation Ownership – Track record of leading end-to-end transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes (cost, efficiency, control, scalability, client experience)
Executive Communication & Influence – Ability to present, challenge, and influence senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders
Technology & Data Fluency – Strong understanding of how to leverage technology, data architecture, and AI to facilitate operating models
Ownership Mindset & Accountability – Bias toward action with clear ownership of outcomes and delivering results
