The Director of Product Management will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the NTT DATA ServiceNow product portfolio. This leader will drive innovation and global scalability, ensuring offerings are aligned with market needs and commercial objectives. The role requires close collaboration with Delivery and Sales to prioritize the roadmap, enable go-to-market readiness, and achieve strong product-market fit.
Job Responsibility:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for product area, with emphasis on data ingestion, model lifecycle management, grounding, prompt orchestration, output validation, GenAI, and administrative experiences
Establish long-term product strategy and portfolio vision, emphasizing innovation, customer value, and differentiation in an AI-native environment
Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap across the ServiceNow platform with digital/AI-led offerings
Build and manage a high-performing product organization, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity
Oversee pricing, packaging, monetization, and SKU architecture in partnership with Pricing, and Sales
Define delivery methodologies and standards for consistent, scalable, and profitable global execution
Collaborate with Sales to drive go-to-market readiness and global adoption
Manage product lifecycle, including performance insights, enhancement prioritization, and next-generation transitions
Champion the integration of AI and automation into product design and delivery
Requirements:
Extensive experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, and product strategy
Proven leadership in product management and portfolio strategy for large-scale, high-growth technology businesses
Experience scaling product portfolios in SaaS environments, with exposure to consumer-grade product experiences
Demonstrated success in strategy development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional alignment in global organizations
Strong commercial acumen in pricing, packaging, and monetization
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and customer-centric decision-making
