Job Description:

This role will have oversight of the strategy and delivery of key products and platform services within the NCCN in alignment with corporate strategy and investments in Integrated Care. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for core National Care Collaboration Network (NCCN) products
  • Lead and support product commercialization and GTM activities, building and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Work in lockstep with Engineering and UX management to deliver outcomes in an agile, product operating model
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, State Directors/Market Leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Finance
  • Develop and communicate product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps to all stakeholders
  • Lead and support product delivery efforts, including strong internal partnership with engineering, analytics, customer success, implementation, and other operational teams

Requirements:

  • Experience managing products through the entire product lifecycle with solid product fundamentals
  • Demonstrated mastery of outcome-driven product practices
  • discovery, opportunity assessment, experimentation, agile delivery, and post-launch learnings and iteration
  • High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity and driving execution
  • Healthcare technology experience
  • Strong listening, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, particularly with regard to executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Public Health, or related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Federal / State / Local governmental agencies and/or Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) especially on large scale technical projects
  • Experience navigating platform products and matrix organizational structures
  • Experience working with Engineering to migrate platforms to cloud
