About this role: The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. Enterprise Risk, Audit, and Finance Technology (ERAFT) is responsible for providing the Chief Risk Officer, Chief Auditor, and Chief Financial Officer with technology strategy, development, and delivery of technical and analytics capabilities in support of their business and product priorities. Enterprise Risk, Audit, and Finance Technology (ERAFT) is responsible for providing the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer with technology strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise product capabilities in support of their business and product priorities. As the Product Management Director of Enterprise Risk, Audit, and Finance Technology, you will report to the CIO of ERAFT and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership over product management, product strategy, and delivery of enterprise platforms supporting Risk, Audit, and Finance organizations. You will lead teams of product managers and product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and execution. This role will focus on delivering scalable, enterprise-wide platforms and capabilities that enable risk management, audit oversight, and financial decision-making. This role will also ensure strong governance, prioritization, and alignment across enterprise stakeholders. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Risk, Audit, Finance, and Technology to drive product strategy, funding alignment, and delivery execution in a highly regulated environment.
