Job Description:

You'll join our Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) team, which delivers cyber security and secure technology solutions that help government, public sector, defence, and critical national infrastructure stay resilient, connected, and safeguarded against evolving threats. As a Product Management apprentice, you’ll collaborate across teams such as Product Management, Service Design, Architecture, Sales and Security Consulting, building a strong understanding of our products and market. Your work will support VodafoneThree to deliver trusted, resilient solutions across the UK, from developing new products to working directly with sales and customers to shape solutions that safeguard their operations. Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll study toward a Level 4 Digital Product Manager apprenticeship, delivered by one of our trusted training partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the full product lifecycle, from new product and feature launches to preparing products for public sector frameworks and helping sales teams take them to market.
  • Work closely with experts across Product, Service Design, Partners and Pre‑Sales to learn how our solutions are built and delivered.
  • Help review product performance and contribute to business cases for ongoing NPD roadmap planning and delivery.
  • Capture and document customer requirements, ensuring they’re carried through solution and service design.
  • Join customer and partner meetings, workshops and presentations as part of the Pre‑Sales & Product team.
  • Work with Sales and wider teams to support go to market, sales enablement and promotion of VBSE products and services.

  • You must hold GCSE English & Maths at Grade 4/C or above by September 2026.
  • Must meet UK Government apprenticeship levy funding eligibility requirements.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and hold UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
