We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. We’re looking for a Product Lead who thinks strategically, acts fast, and is ready to shape direction—not just of the product, but also of the team and the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategy & Planning: Together with the Head of Product, shape the product direction strategy from budgeting and resource planning to pitching ideas to the CEO
  • Product Area Development: Scale and prioritize the roadmap within your product area, balancing quick wins with larger strategic bets
  • Leadership & Team Coordination: Lead product managers, designers, and analysts: aligning the team, setting focus, and owning delivery outcomes
  • Culture & Growth: Foster an environment where people share knowledge, give honest feedback, and grow through mentoring, L&D initiatives, and leading by example

Requirements

  • Experience working with B2C products with a subscription model (mobile or web)
  • Strong understanding of unit economics: LTV, CAC, retention, payback
  • Ability to build and confidently present/defend roadmaps and one-pagers to stakeholders
  • Experience in monetization or product marketing (hands-on with paywalls, pricing experiments, plan structures, intro offers)

Nice to have

  • Experience mentoring product managers and PMMs
  • Experience working with ad platforms (ads managers)
  • Marketing background
  • Experience in startups or fast-growing products
