Job Description

As a Product Lead at Tradebyte, you will drive a key strategic Product Domain of our platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you won’t just manage features; you will discover and deliver measurable business value that directly affects revenue and competitive advantage for our global customers. You will act as the bridge between technical excellence and commercial success, collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure our platform is performant and scalable, while partnering with Growth & Marketing to drive adoption.

  • Own the strategy of a key strategic domain as the primary expert and visionary
  • Deliver measurable value by translating complex problem statements into elegant solutions
  • Prototype and experiment by running rapid Proof of Concepts and customer interviews
  • Commercialize innovation by collaborating with Growth and Marketing teams to package features and define pricing strategies
  • Drive technical excellence by working with Engineering teams to ensure the platform is optimized
  • Empower the organization by simplifying technical concepts and coaching other Product Managers

Requirements

  • Strong background in Product Management within B2B SaaS, E-commerce, or API-first data exchange products
  • Tech-forward mindset incorporating AI into workflow
  • Analytical edge understanding SaaS metrics (GMV, unit economics) and ability to define specific KPIs
  • Master communicator able to speak the language of engineers and visualize complex system logic
  • Radical prioritizer comfortable making fast, high-stakes decisions
