About the Role: Inflection AI creates high-EQ AI agents that people and brands can trust. As creators of the original high-EQ frontier models, we continue to view Trust & Safety as foundational as we develop agents that are emotionally intelligent, deeply capable, and radically steerable. As the Product Lead for Safety Systems & Trust, you will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for the internal platforms that enable secure, reliable, and ethical deployment. You will be the primary champion of proactive alignment and safety-by-design, working cross-functionally to define Inflection AI’s trust and safety ecosystem and establish standards for accountable, safe, and ethical platform operations.
