We are seeking a senior Product Lead – MarTech and Data to define and lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of enterprise data and marketing technology capabilities. This role is accountable for building scalable, compliant, and high-impact data products that underpin omnichannel customer experiences across B2C and B2B channels.
Job Responsibility:
Define and own the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data and MarTech platforms
Lead the development and evolution of Customer Data Platform and Single Customer View capabilities across all touchpoints and channels
Own marketing and retail media data foundations, including onsite and offsite media enablement, attribution, audience creation
Enable data-driven personalisation, recommendations, and experimentation across retail touchpoints
Enable AI-powered data products that support intelligent decisioning, content generation, recommendations, and agent-led commerce use cases
Collaborate with Technology and Architecture to ensure Data and MarTech platforms align to MACH-based architectural principles
Embed privacy, consent management, security, and regulatory compliance into all data products by design
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, Technology, Architecture, UX, Analytics, and Trade / Commercial teams
Engage senior business and group leadership to prioritise initiatives, manage trade-offs, and ensure transparency
Drive product-led, Agile delivery models across squads
Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners
Define, track, and report on OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics
Manage strategic Data, MarTech, and Retail Media partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Data, Business, or a related discipline
postgraduate or executive education is advantageous
Extensive experience leading Data, MarTech, or platform products within large, complex, enterprise environments, ideally within Retail
Strong understanding of retail customer journeys spanning web, app, in-store, POS, loyalty, fulfilment, and customer service environments
Solid experience with Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Technology, Personalisation, Experimentation, Attribution, and Omnichannel data ecosystems
Solid understanding of modern data architectures, integrations, and MACH-based ecosystems
Experience delivering AI-enabled products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience managing and developing Product Managers or Product Owners
Proven ability to align product strategy to enterprise objectives, commercial outcomes, and customer value
Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and executives
Experience building strong governance, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
Practical experience with Agile and product-led delivery models at enterprise scale
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
