Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Management Reporting and Business Analytics Product Manager to join the Product Management team. This group is responsible for developing new infrastructure and working with the technology teams throughout the product lifecycle. This will entail specifying, developing and implementing the firms’ infrastructure and new applications in a high-volume and straight-through processing environment. The candidate will be expected to work on a mix of financial and non-financial projects, as well as new business ventures, as the company's needs dictate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute in creation of Product Vision for multiple products
  • Create and Own a Product roadmap for multiple products and stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Maintain Product backlog and collaborate with stakeholders in prioritizing the same
  • Conduct competitor product/trend analyses to ensure product is in synch with market needs
  • Partner with business and engineering leads to derive solutions to complex business problems
  • Work closely with the engineering leads to design, manage and maintain the product
  • Manage stakeholder communication by conducting timely project meetings and producing artifacts such as project plans, client scorecard, release plans & notes

Requirements:

  • Experience of 7+ years in managing products, preferably in the financial domain
  • Good understanding of PNL Reporting and Business Intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of Performance Analytics and understanding of Expense Allocation & management solutions will be a plus
  • Exposure to Investment Management/Capital Markets/Hedge fund is preferable
  • An outstanding academic background paired with the drive to work in a high-tech software development environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables
  • A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
  • The ability to adapt to a start-up environment while possessing a history of delivering high-quality work to senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Performance Analytics and understanding of Expense Allocation & management solutions will be a plus
