IQM is seeking an experienced Product Lead Director (Contractor) to lead and scale our product organization during a critical growth phase. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, execution velocity, and modern operating models across our Political and regulated advertising platforms, while preparing the organization to scale toward growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior product operator who has built and scaled complex, data-driven platforms in fast-moving environments.
Job Responsibility:
Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Political and generic advertising verticals
Translate business goals into clear product priorities, outcomes, and execution plans
Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and extensibility
Introduce modern product development practices including outcome-driven roadmaps, empowered teams, and data-informed decision making
Improve execution velocity, delivery predictability, and cross-functional alignment
Establish clear product rituals, metrics, and operating cadence
Lead evolution of IQM’s campaign management, optimization, reporting, and workflow automation platforms
Partner closely with engineering and data teams on AI-driven capabilities including automation, agentic workflows, and decision support
Ensure platform architecture supports scale, reliability, and regulatory requirements
Drive product strategy in highly regulated environments including political, advocacy, and healthcare advertising
Ensure compliance-first product design while maintaining speed and usability
Work closely with legal, policy, and compliance stakeholders
Mentor and up-level Product Managers and Product Owners
Help shape the future product org structure, roles, and hiring roadmap
Act as a force multiplier for the existing team rather than a top-down operator
Requirements:
12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles
Proven experience as Head of Product, Director of Product, or equivalent in AdTech, MarTech, AI platforms, or large-scale SaaS
Strong background building data-intensive, workflow-heavy platforms
Demonstrated ability to introduce modern product operating models and execution discipline
Experience with DSPs, RTB, programmatic advertising, or two-sided platforms
Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, ML systems, or agentic workflows
Startup and scale-up experience alongside enterprise exposure
Engineering or technical background enabling strong architectural decision-making
