The Product Lead for Canada will drive the product strategy and execution to meet our ambitious growth and delight targets in the Canadian market. This role involves leveraging both a dedicated product team (designer, engineers, and ops specialist) and global product areas to achieve these goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a product strategy that addresses the unique needs of the Canadian market, supporting our targets in terms of growth (>100% yoy), member satisfaction (>4.65/5), and overall positioning as a health partner
Lead a cross-functional area to deliver product enhancements and new features that align with the strategic goals for Canada, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization skills
Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Canadian market benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit local needs
Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and customer care teams to align go-to-market strategies and product development, ensuring a cohesive approach to market expansion in Belgium
Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on user engagement and business metrics
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures
Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy) with a track record of successful product launches and growth initiatives
A history of working on software products that delight users in a fast-paced environment from ideation to release
Proven experience in product management (preferably B2B scope), with a track record of successful product launches and growth initiatives
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
Fluent in English and ideally in French. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners in Canada
Nice to have:
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate efforts across different geographical locations
