As our Product Lead – Business & Merchant Domain, you’ll drive the evolution of our Merchant & Business ecosystem. In this role, you will lead a team of business domain PMs while remaining directly hands-on with execution. This position requires a rare blend of product delivery, strategic leadership, and a powerful growth mindset to thrive in complexity, raise quality benchmarks, and continuously build product experiences that drive commercial success.
Job Responsibility
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle
Define the roadmap, design frictionless experiences, and deliver high-impact features
Mentor and coordinate Product Managers, ensuring cross-team collaboration, alignment, and a unified product vision
Apply a strong growth mindset to design solutions that reactivate dormant merchants, increase feature adoption, boost upselling, and optimize conversion funnels
Put merchants first by obsessing over user feedback, conducting continuous shadowing, and transforming pain points into seamless opportunities
Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and relentlessly optimize funnel performance
Requirements
B2B Product Management – 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, preferably within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech environments
Leadership & Complexity Management – Experience managing people or leading highly complex, multi-stakeholder projects across organizational and technical boundaries
Commercial Acumen / Growth Mindset – A strong business sense with an understanding of how to leverage product experiences to drive monetization, acquisition, and merchant engagement
Obsession with Detail – High standards with a sharp eye for UX/UI details, copy, and operational excellence to constantly raise the bar
Analytical Power – Deeply data-driven mindset with experience using advanced data platforms to track metrics, optimize funnels, and turn raw data into actionable strategic growth insights
