Product Information Engineer

The COMSOL Multiphysics® software spans many different and interesting physics and engineering fields. As a Product Information Engineer, you will be working directly in the COMSOL Multiphysics® software to produce learning and product content, namely for the Learning Center. You will be tasked with writing and recording about the software in general and on how to use it. You will start by producing help articles and tutorial videos, in order for you to build a solid foundation for using the software, and then grow into more expansive projects based on your interests and skills. As part of the Product Information team, you will collaborate closely with other teams and departments, in particular application engineers and product specialists. You will work to both support and advocate for the use of the resources our team develops. You will also work to enhance our end-users’ knowledge of our digital training. The cross-functional nature of this role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships across teams and departments to deliver exceptional digital learning resources, which support adoption of COMSOL Multiphysics® worldwide.
