Job Description:

Meta is seeking a Product Incubation Specialist for our market in Argentina. If you're a highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action, a passion for experimentation, and want to shape the next generation of products that help millions of businesses grow, we would be excited to hear from you. This role will primarily focus on driving adoption and iteration of our emerging AI capabilities for small and medium-sized businesses in Argentina. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience bringing new products to market, preferably with a track record of testing, iterating, and scaling innovative solutions. The role requires uncovering market opportunities, testing product-market fit, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn real-world insights into product innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive client engagements and deliver consultative go-to-market support—understanding business needs, leading pitches, and tailoring product solutions that drive adoption and measurable results
  • Support business development by identifying market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving early adoption of new features through validated use cases
  • Champion the voice of the market internally—synthesizing client feedback, identifying feature gaps, and advocating for product improvements
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to test, iterate, and refine new product capabilities based on market feedback and user behavior
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new solutions, including experimentation frameworks, pilot programs, and scalable playbooks for launching new products
  • Measure and communicate product adoption, engagement, and impact to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product innovation, go-to-market, business development, or a similar role focused on bringing new products to market
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other teams to influence product direction
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, think critically, and drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate value propositions to a variety of stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish is needed to partner with external clients in the Argentine market
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling early-stage products or features
  • Experience running pilots, experiments, or beta programs to validate product-market fit
  • Background working closely with Product teams on roadmap development
  • Embraces ambiguity and a bias toward experimentation and iteration
