We are looking for a data-driven Product Growth Manager to take ownership of user acquisition, activation, and retention across Kahf's product portfolio. You will design and run growth experiments, uncover bottlenecks in the user journey, and coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ship solutions that move the needle. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of Kahf's mission to reach Muslims everywhere.
Job Responsibility
Own and drive growth KPIs — installs, activation rate, D7/D30 retention, and referral virality — across all Kahf products
Design, launch, and analyse A/B experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to production, using product analytics tools
Map and optimise the full user funnel: awareness, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement
Partner with the product team to identify and prioritise growth-focused feature opportunities in the roadmap
Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable user insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
Lead referral, viral loop, and community-led growth initiatives targeting Muslim users globally
Collaborate with marketing on SEO, ASO (App Store Optimisation), and paid acquisition channel strategy
Conduct user research, surveys, and cohort analyses to understand behaviour and inform product decisions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in product growth, growth hacking, or product management at a digital product company
Proven track record of improving key growth metrics — acquisition, retention, or revenue — through experimentation
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or equivalent
Comfortable writing SQL queries or working with a data team to extract and interpret data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
additional languages (Arabic, Turkish, Malay) are a plus
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple experiments in parallel in a fast-moving environment
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline — or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
Experience growing mobile apps (iOS / Android) with a focus on App Store Optimisation
Familiarity with Islamic or Muslim-focused digital communities and their usage patterns
Background in consumer-facing SaaS or privacy-focused products
Experience with tools such as Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch for attribution and deep-linking
What we offer
Competitive salary aligned with experience and market rates
Flexible remote-first work culture with optional on-site access in Istanbul
High-ownership role with direct access to leadership and product strategy
Work that benefits the Muslim ummah — millions of users who depend on what you build
Diverse, international team spanning five countries
Annual learning and professional development budget
Transparent, values-driven culture with regular team-wide updates
