Job Responsibility

  • Analyse user behavior, funnel performance, and market trends to acquire actionable insights for product growth, then devise and execute product initiatives that generate sustainable growth for the business
  • Track key metrics such as acquisition, activation, conversion rates, and retention across the user journey, and lead initiatives to improve them
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and industry trends
  • Review user cohorts, growth funnels, churn, and re-engagement strategies to optimize the product experience
  • Monitor and evaluate user and market trends, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making
  • Identify friction points in the product funnel and recommend improvements to enhance overall conversion and engagement
  • Work with stakeholders to improve the user journey, onboarding, and core product flows
  • Support the implementation and optimization of growth tools, including A/B testing platforms, analytics, and reporting dashboards
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to assess product and growth performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Optimize growth loops by deeply understanding end-to-end user and product flows, and collaborating with the product team to design and implement more efficient experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Growth, Product Management, or Growth Marketing roles
  • Experience in e-commerce, classifieds platforms, or consumer marketplaces is preferable
  • Hands-on experience running experiments, A/B testing, and owning growth metrics across the user funnel
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and product analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, and data visualization
  • Knowledge of growth frameworks, experimentation methodologies, and market research
  • Awareness of business strategy, financial analysis, and operational efficiencies
  • Industry knowledge of classifieds, digital marketplaces, or consumer internet trends is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to create clear and actionable data reports, presentations, and growth insights
  • Attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations
