Job Responsibility:
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with both our consumer and business products
Identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization, and partner with our growth-focused engineering teams to execute on projects based on what’s identified to accelerate the growth and adoption of Meta Platforms, Inc. products in all the markets we serve
Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identity opportunities for step changes and angle changes in growth
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and allow us to monitor the heath of product adoption in the markets we serve
Communicate the state of business, experiment results, opportunities, etc. to product teams
Influence and inform product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations
Lead the product understanding process using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption of our products
Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy and Data Science
Bring a deep understanding of growth and optimization best practices to growth focused engineering teams
Drive consensus and prioritize the road-map of the growth-focused engineering team to drive a ruthless focus on the most impactful ideas
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
Requires 4 years of experience in the following: Communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical functions to further product goals
Leading the integration of technical solutions across multidisciplinary product teams, including software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists, to deliver scalable and user-focused product features
Quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
Conducting statistical analysis and data modeling using tools like Python and SQL to derive actionable insights from complex datasets in response to open-ended business questions
Experimentation specifically to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
Product ideation specifically to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
Designing and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments using statistical methods to evaluate product features, optimize user experiences, and mitigate biases in experimentation
Designing and optimizing product features using user research and data analysis to meet the needs of diverse user groups, including varying demographics, accessibility requirements, and cultural contexts
