Job Responsibility

  • Define market size, identify emerging segments, and analyze trends to set out a winning product strategy against key competitors
  • Execute rigorous Head-to-Head (H2H) trials to demonstrate superior fuel economy, haulage capacity, and operational ease
  • Expertise in matching implement size with tractor horsepower and varying soil conditions to maximize fuel efficiency and output

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of core experience in Product Management or Technical Marketing within the Tractor/HEV industry
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Pune
  • Strong grasp of agricultural mechanics and field-testing protocols

  • Assist physicians with TULSA-PRO patient selection and pre-treatment planning
  • Perform detailed post-treatment case reviews, including analyses of treatment workflow and patient outcomes for the sites they support, identifying rate-limiting steps and areas for improvement to coach physicians and their teams towards more efficient procedures and optimal patient outcomes across a wide variety of prostate disease states
