Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Product Expert to join our team in Pune. If you have a deep understanding of tractor performance, competitive benchmarking, and market positioning, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define market size, identify emerging segments, and analyze trends to set out a winning product strategy against key competitors
  • Execute rigorous Head-to-Head (H2H) trials to demonstrate superior fuel economy, haulage capacity, and operational ease
  • Expertise in matching implement size with tractor horsepower and varying soil conditions to maximize fuel efficiency and output

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of core experience in Product Management or Technical Marketing within the Tractor/HEV industry
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Pune
  • Strong grasp of agricultural mechanics and field-testing protocols
