Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Experience Designer to join our PX team and help shape meaningful, inclusive, and scalable experiences across our platform. You’ll work within a cross-functional product team (PM, Engineering, Data) and actively contribute to the broader Product Experience guild. You’re comfortable owning your scope end to end, collaborating confidently with partners, and helping raise the overall quality bar—while still being hands-on in the work. This role spans mobile and web experiences, from frontline workflows (tasks, forms, processes) to learning, content, collaboration, governance, and administration. Increasingly, these experiences include AI-powered and conversational flows embedded directly into user journeys.

Job Responsibility

  • Shape product experiences end to end
  • Own design work from discovery and problem framing through ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery
  • Translate complex user, business, and technical needs into intuitive, scalable solutions
  • Work deeply embedded in a product team
  • Actively participate in a product team, shaping direction together with Product and Engineering
  • Collaborate closely to iterate quickly, make trade-offs visible, and ensure high-quality implementation
  • Design with AI as a baseline capability
  • Treat AI as a natural part of the design toolkit—not a specialty, but a default consideration
  • Contribute to AI-powered user journeys (e.g. recommendations, automation, conversational or assistive flows)
  • Drive accessibility and inclusion
  • Play an active role in accessibility strategy and coordination
  • Support audits, help prioritize remediation work, and act as a design partner on accessibility-related topics
  • Contribute to the Product Experience craft
  • Apply and contribute to design system patterns and shared practices
  • Actively contribute to the PX guild by sharing learnings, feedback, and improvements to how we work

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Designer / Product Experience Designer with strong end-to-end UX and UI skills
  • Experience working on complex products, including constraint-heavy or admin-facing domains
  • Demonstrated use of research and data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions
  • Practical experience adapting your design practice with AI (e.g. designing AI-assisted flows, prototyping with AI, or shaping AI-driven experiences)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and seniority levels
  • Attention to interaction design, usability, accessibility, and craft
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • A portfolio showing thoughtful problem framing, process, and shipped work
  • Professional working proficiency in English

What we offer

  • Hybrid work model – 2 days at the office, 3 days remote
  • RTT days – ~10 extra days off per year
  • Meal vouchers (SWILE) + free snacks & coffee
  • Yoga classes
  • Supportive parental leave and family moments — yes, even a Christmas party for your kids !
  • Health insurance (ALAN) – 60% covered + full life & disability cover
  • Afterworks, team celebrations & seasonal parties
  • Equipment of your choice
  • French & English lessons, professional development & access to Leeto CSE
