Job Description

Product Executive required by an award-winning, Latin America Specialist tailormade tour operator. You will provide support to their business partners and work closely with the Product Manager ensuring that their product portfolio is impeccable.

Job Responsibility

  • Support sales operations by handling product enquiries, managing tools, coordinating supplier training, and working with Client Care to gather and share key client information
  • use complaint insights to improve service and reduce repeat issues
  • Work with marketing to maintain accurate, up-to-date website and promotional content, while managing system updates for hotels, excursions, and itineraries with correct images and descriptions
  • Contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and product development by identifying new opportunities, supporting portfolio growth, and sharing relevant commercial updates across Latin America
  • Assist with operational tasks including organising staff trips, maintaining health and safety records, monitoring FCDO travel advice, and supporting in-destination issues with appropriate escalation
  • Represent the business at industry events and support supplier relationships through ongoing communication, tracking offers and trends, and sharing sales performance and feedback with the Product Manager
