Job Description:

You'll be the face of Gamma, inspiring current and future users with what's possible when you combine great design, AI, and storytelling. This means representing Gamma at events, creating stunning educational content, leading community and staff trainings, and pushing our product to its creative limits. You'll have a design background, fluency in tools like Figma, and a strong eye for visual storytelling and what makes presentations truly compelling. This isn't a role for someone who waits for the perfect take. You thrive on camera, think on your feet, and can navigate any room—from a middle school classroom to a Fortune 500 boardroom. You'll be as comfortable producing a polished video tutorial as you are leading an impromptu workshop at a conference, serving as Gamma's public voice in video content, social media, and educational materials while building certification programs and ambassador initiatives that scale Gamma education globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Represent Gamma at community events, hackathons, and educational workshops, creating and delivering state-of-the-art presentations and demos
  • Host live training sessions, webinars, and "Gamma 101" events for users at all skill levels, serving as Gamma's public voice
  • Design stunning gammas that set the bar for what's possible, producing educational videos, tutorials, and how-to guides
  • Manage a certification program for Gamma trainers and community experts, including an ambassador program that scales education globally
  • Translate user feedback and feature requests into actionable insights, partnering with Product to create launch materials
  • Experiment with Gamma's features to discover new use cases and creative possibilities, challenging product limits and advocating for features that unlock creative potential

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product, design, education, marketing or related roles
  • Strong background in visual, graphic, presentation, or web design with portfolio proving you can create beautiful, practical work
  • Camera confidence and public speaking ability
  • Educational experience in customer-facing or education roles with genuine excitement for teaching and helping others
  • Audience flexibility to seamlessly shift between explaining Gamma to a 7th grader and presenting to executives
  • Self-direction as a strong project manager who can self-produce content and coordinate complex initiatives
  • Passion for AI, productivity tools, and helping people work smarter
  • Open to regular travel (approximately 25% of time) for conferences, customer engagements, and content creation
  • Video production and editing skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience creating educational content about B2C software or productivity tools
  • Already a Gamma user or superfan
