Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Product Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and evolution of our existing Quickbase application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline operations and improve business performance.

Job Responsibility:

Maintenance and development of custom applications using the Quickbase platform
Create and optimize workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations
Integrating Quickbase with other systems through APIs, webhooks, or third-party tools
Work closely with other developers, QA testers, and non-technical staff to understand user needs
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and ability to adapt with constructive feedback
Collaborate with various functional team stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance standards are maintained
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience in Quickbase development (minimum 1–3 years)
In-depth knowledge of Quickbase application development, including features like pipelines, formulas, relationships, roles, permissions
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate changing priorities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
Understanding of database design principles, including relational data modeling and data relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)

Nice to have:

Experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Excel is a plus
Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite is a plus
