Job Responsibility:

  • Designing in 2D and 3D, analysis of dimensions tolerance for plastic and metal elements of HV products like for example HV Electrical Centers and Inlets
  • Consideration in design process HV requirements and standards, usage of HV BOD (Bill of Design)
  • Supervising and supporting of validation tests of self-designed components
  • Supporting plants during production start
  • Developing existing products and proposing their improvements

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field with specialization in mechanics, mechatronics
  • Good skills in one of following CAD software, e.g.: Siemens NX - preferred, Catia V5, Inventor, ProE
  • Good knowledge of GD&T rules (dimensioning and geometrical tolerances)
  • Good knowledge of plastic parts design rules
  • Knowledge of electrical phenomena, especially high voltage / high current in automotive industry
  • Good English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in team and to solve problems creatively and fast learning
