Job Responsibility

  • Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use
  • Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages
  • Automation: Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, utilising software scripting/coding disciplines
  • Security: Implementation of a secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats
  • Teamwork: Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements, devise solutions, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives via a data driven approach
  • Learning: Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in solution design and documentation within enterprise messaging environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Entra Identity Management
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and reporting
  • Experience with MS Entra Connect, including hybrid identity management and directory sync
  • Familiarity with RBAC models in Azure and M365 Admin Center
  • Hands-on experience with M365 Defender Suite (Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps) Azure Resource Management
  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and infrastructure automation
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework in a service operations context
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and agile delivery

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Azure / Entra & M365 Services
  • Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, and broader M365 suite
  • Strong understanding of risk and controls, change and transformation, and strategic thinking in a digital enterprise

  • From a customer enquiry, you will design the solution and be responsible for the Bill-of-Materials (BOMs) generation process
  • Conduct thorough BOM verification to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications and within our client’s product portfolio
