Support and enhance product management capabilities across TUI's Digital Solutions organization by developing enablement resources, training, and best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Creating and maintaining high-quality enablement resources including playbooks, templates, and guides
Designing and delivering engaging training sessions and workshops
Providing coaching and guidance to product managers
Supporting product management community of practice by organizing events and facilitating knowledge sharing
Researching and staying current with industry best practices and trends in product management
Requirements:
Experience in product management or related roles
Knowledge of product enablement, training, or coaching
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
Experience creating documentation, guides, or training materials
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for product management excellence and continuous improvement
