We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Economics Specialist to develop and maintain pricing tools for Vodafone Business products and contribute to VOIS’s commercial strategy. The individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Reporting and Insights, Commercial Strategy and New Product Development teams to build robust commercial models, standardise pricing structures, improve tool usability, and provide analytical insights that support business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with New Product Development and Commercial Strategy teams to create standard commercial models that support the end‑to‑end customer journey
Build accurate operating cost models, document business owners, and identify levers influencing commercial and pricing outcomes
Develop digital and offline pricing tools for new products while ensuring alignment across the product portfolio in terms of data, cost treatment, structures, and outputs
Standardise cost and pricing feeds for downstream and upstream functions including Supply Chain, Partner Management and Billing
Review and update existing pricing tools to ensure cost accuracy, market relevance and alignment with Product and Finance stakeholders
Act as subject matter expert for business requirements related to digital pricing tools, including testing and user acceptance
Partner with Reporting and Insights to define reporting needs for monitoring commercial competitiveness and setting cost and pricing targets
Support Commercial Strategy in designing innovative commercial models, investment approaches and pricing methodologies for scale
Gather and analyse commercial insights to recommend optimal price points and thresholds across commercial journeys, including self‑serve
Drive adoption and effective utilisation of pricing tools, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and functionality
Provide input into training and communication materials related to pricing tool updates
Requirements:
Candidate with a strong telecommunications background
Skilled in financial and commercial modelling with strong analytical judgement
Adaptable thinker with the ability to drive meaningful change in complex environments
Detail-focused problem solver with strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
Educated to degree level in Business Management or a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering)
