Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Distribution Support Specialist to join a well-known company in Des Moines, Iowa. In this contract to hire role, you will oversee the efficient distribution of products to customers while ensuring smooth coordination of sales orders and shipments. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your organizational and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and manage product distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
Verify product availability and create sales orders based on customer needs
Maintain an organized and accurate schedule for shipments to non-managed customers
Support the Director of Product Distribution in overseeing the timely fulfillment of new and reordered products
Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service related to product orders and distribution
Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track and manage sales and distribution data effectively

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, distribution, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of enterprise resource planning
Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools and billing functions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with distribution management and maintaining organized shipment schedules
Strong attention to detail and ability to audit processes effectively
