This is a key leadership role where you will combine people leadership, portfolio ownership, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment. You will lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with colleagues across Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Together, you will ensure that our offerings meet customer needs, remain competitive in the market, and support strong business performance across AddSecure markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Product Managers
  • Drive the strategy, priorities, and business performance of an assigned portfolio across markets
  • Own the lifecycle management of offerings within alarm transceivers, transmission services, and user experience
  • Define, anchor, and communicate portfolio strategy
  • Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into competitive products and services
  • Work closely with R&D on requirement handling, prioritisation, and backlog management
  • Define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps
  • Set price levels and support product positioning
  • Work closely with Sales to understand market needs and support commercial success
  • Provide Marketing with value propositions and content that strengthen the offering
  • Help improve ways of working within the product area
  • Ensure product data is in place to support an effective order-to-invoice flow
  • Build strong relationships across markets, functions, partners, and customers

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management
  • At least 3 years of experience in line management
  • Experience leading product portfolios in a technical environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn market insight, customer needs, and business performance into clear priorities
  • A strong ability to translate market requirements into products and service offerings
  • Experience working closely with software and hardware development teams
  • A commercial mindset and a good understanding of business models and customer segmentation
  • Experience with agile product management and development methodologies
  • Good technical understanding of areas such as hardware, IT, IoT, and telecom
  • The ability to lead through others, build trust quickly, and create alignment across teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, countries, and functions
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • A Technical Master’s degree
