Job Responsibility
Analyze performance data rigorously to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Craft and launch targeted turnaround programs aimed at elevating customer acquisition rates, optimizing pricing structures, improving retention, and refining market segmentation approaches over a medium-term horizon (6–9 months).
Partner closely with marketing leadership to transition the function into a data-empowered powerhouse.
Foster a culture where data segmentation, experimentation, and multi-channel campaign integration are used to enhance targeting precision and marketing ROI.
Establish deep insights into the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and growth opportunities.
Work closely with finance and operational teams to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies that boost operational efficiency and enrich customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong financial literacy around cost structures, unit economics, and profit margin management.
Engage diverse stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on commercial goals while fostering transparency, accountability, and high performance.
Advance toward full Profit & Loss ownership responsibility within two years.
Implement scalable processes such as real-time dashboard reporting, robust A/B testing protocols, and standardized campaign workflows.
Drive continuous improvement through innovation and a culture of experimentation to heighten marketing effectiveness and operational scalability.
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is essential.
Extensive experience of at least 12 years in senior roles specializing in product management, growth strategy, commercial operations, or related domains within e-commerce, logistics, or digital platform industries.
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing complex business turnarounds in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, particularly focused on customer acquisition online, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing marketing ROI.
Nice to have
MBA or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
