Job Description:

The Transact and Manage Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products in fast-paced, iterative cycles. The candidate will be responsible for a significant share of move money, balance management, and statement visualization experiences and capabilities across multiple card business verticals. This position demands a blend of product acumen, people management skills, and a deep understanding of agile principles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee development and execution of move money, balance management, and statement visualization epics and features
  • Recruit, mentor, and nurture a high-performing agile product development team
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and professional development planning
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the team
  • Oversee agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach teams adopting the best practices for continuous delivery and improvement
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that hinder team progress
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs
  • Oversee the execution of product development from ideation to testing
  • Champion customer-centric thinking
  • Work with Product Development leader to manage resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
  • Prepare and present regular reports to leadership
  • Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
  • Foster a culture of transparency
  • Lead root-cause analysis sessions
  • Foster a strong agile discipline
  • Build frameworks for complex decision making

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field
  • Experience in product development, software engineering, or related roles
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management principles
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering complex products on time and within budget
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
