As we strengthen our R&D organization to create clearer ownership, deeper functional excellence, and even stronger cross functional collaboration, we are looking for a Product Development Project Manager to help shape the next generation of Coloplast solutions. Join us and take a central role in bringing new products from early concepts to a final product - improving life for millions of people with intimate health care needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end to end product development projects from scoping to launch, following Coloplast’s development and stage gate model
  • Based on project scope define success criteria, timelines, resources, and budgets together with the project core team — and adjust plans as learning emerges
  • Build and lead cross functional project teams (size depending on project scope)
  • Align with competence area managers within Product Development to secure the right resources and functional deliverables
  • Ensure design for manufacturing and smooth integration with the manufacturing development workstream
  • Drive strong stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with your project / program core team
  • Contribute to strengthening project management excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical or product development projects in an R&D environment (medical devices, pharma, or other regulated industries is a plus)
  • A MSc or BSc within engineering, materials, design, innovation, or another relevant technical field
  • Experience driving projects through early concepting, development, verification, and into manufacturing
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with ease navigating a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to handle uncertainty and adjust plans as insights emerge
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
