Job Description:

Product Development Manager to develop and/or use algorithms and statistical predictive models and determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes in context of driving iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improving key applications and processes.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and/or use algorithms and statistical predictive models
Determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes
Enable data-driven strategic decision-making
Identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development
Solve challenging analytical/data problems
Contribute to the success of key strategic initiatives
Design, develop and deliver analytic solutions
Perform diagnostic analyses, data validation, breaking down problems, conducting advanced analytics
Create effective data visualizations and communicate findings
Identify patterns, generate and test hypotheses, and translate data into actionable insights
Conduct advanced analytics to provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with leadership team, data and analytics teams and other functions
Apply statistical techniques to measure effectiveness of mini tests, identify root causes, and manage performance
Ideate and develop new business processes, including testing, design, piloting, and deployment strategy
Recommend and implement processes that support quantitative and qualitative analysis
Perform advanced modeling, reporting development, and contribute to data infrastructure improvements
Collaborate with business partners to understand problems and goals
Define and monitor success metrics through product analytics
Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data
Responsible for stakeholder discussions for overall vision and translate them into detailed requirements
Build models, delivering powerful solutions that inform strategy and design
Derive meaning from data and deploy robust solutions through development, validation, and delivery of algorithms
Explore existing data and recommends additional sources of data
Apply principles and theoretical knowledge in operations research, data science, data modeling, and data analytics

Requirements:

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
2 years of experience in CI/CD, GIT, and DevOps
2 years of experience in Python
2 years of experience in JSON
2 years of experience in Agile methodologies
2 years of experience in Oracle
2 years of experience in JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
2 years of experience in MySQL and SQL
2 years of experience in Spark and Airflow
2 years of experience in Domain support for healthcare or retail organization
2 years of experience contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects
2 years of experience in Containerized services, storage, and workspace management
2 years of experience Developing and deploying predictive models or ML systems in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
