Job Description

As a Product Development Manager, you will drive the expansion of specialty product lines across asian markets by bridging the gap between technical policy drafting and market facing underwriting strategies. You will work closely with the team ans assist with market launch of new specialty insurance products and conduct targeted market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. You will draft and maintain precise policy wordings and standard endorsement libraries in line with regional protocols, partnering with internal legal, claims and underwriting teams to ensure products remain competitive and legally compliant and support the underwriting team by creating technical marketing collateral and participating in client presentations.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Financial Lines, Casualty or Specialty products and their associated legal frameworks
  • Strong Underwriting, Claims or Product Marketing/Implemention/Development experience - ideally experience handling apac or regional portfolio
  • Strong policy wording and familiar with underwriting frameworks
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex marketing and technical initiatives
