Job Responsibility:

Monitor industry developments, viral trends, and emerging movements in beauty and personal care to stay ahead of the curve
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into successful product launches
Conduct research to uncover untapped opportunities and propose innovative ideas for new product lines
Ensure all product designs and concepts meet high standards for quality and marketability
Manage timelines and workflows to deliver projects within tight deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product innovation, brand development, or marketing within the beauty or personal care industry
Proven ability to create concepts that achieve commercial success in competitive markets
Strong visual and design skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative briefs, trend analyses, or concept boards
Exceptional ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
Knowledge of social media platforms, cultural trends, and forecasting tools to inform product development
