Product Development Executive

• Build strong relationships with tour, activity, and ticketing suppliers in top destinations and venues in the region
• Negotiate contracts and agree on rappels and marketing contributions
• Support suppliers' enrolment and onboarding process, serving as their main point of contact within the TUI ecosystem
• Build and optimise the supply of pre-existing cities and venues while launching new destinations within the region
• Generate new leads and strategically acquire unique products as a destination expert
• Implement best practices to ensure the best supplier experience possible

• Experience in sales or account management is essential, preferably in the tourism and/or e-commerce industry
• Tours experience & knowledge will be highly advantageous
• Excellent commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills and successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and address issues promptly
• Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and optimise product portfolios effectively
• Communication excellence and proficiency with digital tools such as task management systems, CRM, and contracting platforms
