Product Development Engineer 2

• Provide engineering support for design and development of new and existing products
• Drive project activities across cross-functional stakeholders
• Support current products in quality, manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvement
• Participate in technical and cross-functional project execution
• Contribute to innovation by generating new concepts and product enhancements
• Understand customer needs through research, interviews, observations, and competitive analysis
• Translate customer needs into engineering, product, packaging, and process requirements
• Design robust, manufacturable products using engineering fundamentals
• Develop and execute test methods, including measurement systems and data analysis
• Prepare detailed technical reports for design verification and testing
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• 2- 4 years of engineering experience
• Experience in the medical device industry preferred
• Strong exposure to packaging engineering is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to use statistical tools and computer-based analysis
