Job Responsibility

Performs operational functions supporting designated product categories
Assists the Director of Product Development in the development of product from initial design concept to placement to production to shipment of an item
Order and manage sample yardage
Communicate with raw materials vendors
Track and managing garment samples
Monitors milestone calendars to ensure that deadlines are met, issues are flagged, and updates to the team are timely
Maintains effective communication with vendors and agents to ensure shipments are delivered on time
troubleshoots and resolves any issues that arise
Perform daily tracking and maintain records of details, updates, changes for Centric PLM system and proto samples ensuring due dates are met
Demonstrates understanding of price value relationship

Job Responsibility

Assist the Product Developer(s) in day-to-day PD assignments

Collect and compile reference material and assets for projects as needed
Assists in maintaining information in the Shire (Product Tracking Software) and confirming it is correct
Organize Licensor samples and assists Product Sample team to ensure they are delivered to Licensors in a timely manner
Compile contractual paperwork and forward to the FC or Product Sample team help facilitate delivery of sample product in a timely manner
Take meeting notes in licensor calls and at other times as needed
Complete ad-hoc analysis & projects as required and other duties as assigned
