Job Responsibility

  • Support the Product Team to develop styles as outlined by the Business Plan
  • Maintain and update product critical path from proto sample through to salesman samples/Red Seal, ensuring key timelines are adhered to
  • Working within the Product Team to compile and maintain packages (Product specification Packs) throughout the development process
  • Manage the inhouse system (FPLi), issuing and maintaining style numbers, colour codes, product descriptions and analysis codes
  • To assist in the development and sourcing of seasonal fabrics, yarns and trims
  • Communicate effectively with the Design, Quality, Planning and Marketing teams
  • Manage and organise samples to and from suppliers
  • Carry out comparative shopping analysis in store and on-line to support Product R&D and Price Sign Off
  • Supporting various teams with lab dips, lab dip chart and assisting with the administration
  • Ensure imagery and product information is correct for the quarterly sales brochure
  • Travel to UK Trade Shows, Fabric Fairs and Suppliers when required
  • Setting up and supporting quarterly Global Sales Exhibitions
  • Develop seasonal SMU's when required

  • Relevant experience within a similar role, working across multiple departments such product teams
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and managing a varied workload across multiple quarters
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about product with a willingness to learn
  • An integral part of the team who can work collaboratively with Design and Quality throughout the end to end process
