Your Impact: As a Product Development & Application Technician, you are the driving force behind the application development of plant-based ingredients (oils, fibers, purees). Your goal? To create innovative recipes for sectors such as bakery, dairy, and meat substitutes.

Job Responsibility

  • 60% Product Development: Develop and optimize recipes and conduct stability tests
  • 20% Sample Management: Manage inventory and ensure the flawless shipment of samples to customers worldwide
  • 20% Lab Organization: Keep the lab in top condition (equipment maintenance, safety documentation)

Requirements

  • Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or an equivalent field
  • Hands-on experience in a lab or kitchen environment, specifically with recipe formulation and nutritional calculations
  • Familiar with EU labeling and claims legislation (or willing to learn this quickly)
  • High attention to detail regarding data entry, strong organizational skills, and a true team player within an international context
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and a 'hands-on' mentality
