Job Description:

Are you looking for a career move that will put you at the heart of a global financial institution? Then bring your knowledge in Wholesale Credit Risk and your skills in data analysis, problem-solving and solution design to Citi’s Product Development team, focused on Institutional Credit Management (ICM). This solution design and execution focused product development role will enable implementation of credit risk target state processes, data & technology capabilities, specifically within wholesale credit limit management and monitoring space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding roadmap to delivery
  • Create clear and specific business and technical requirement documents for product execution
  • Develop plans, prioritize, coordinate design and delivery of products or features to product release, and serve as a product ambassador within the user community
  • Partner with senior team members and leaders and a widely distributed global user community to define and implement solutions
  • Creates clear and specific project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product execution
  • Follows market, industry and client trends to own field and adapts them for application Citi’s products and solutions platforms

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, further professional qualifications / Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in one of: i) Technology
  • ii) Credit Risk. Experience / familiarity in both a very significant plus
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies
  • Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
  • Ability to build networks and relationships
  • Experience capturing business requirements and translating those into a technical specification
  • Experience designing, and implementing scalable solutions in a large-scale business environment
  • Credit Risk Assessment experience is a mandate
  • Domain expertise in wholesale credit risk management practices, and/or limits management
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in product development, and knowledge of various analytical tools including Tableau
