Job Description:

The Product Developer is a strategic professional responsible for developing new products and features, managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, creating product vision and roadmaps, and working with technology teams to deliver solutions. The role supports a credit risk management ecosystem and focuses on controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop new products and/or features and functionality
  • Develop business cases and requirements definition (BRDs)
  • Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle
  • Scope product releases and track business priorities
  • Create product vision aligned to business priorities
  • Follow market, industry and client trends
  • Develop plans and coordinate design and delivery of products
  • Work with Technology, Business Managers and stakeholders
  • Identify solutions across data analytics, reporting, CRM, Trade Workflows
  • Create clear project plans and technical requirements documents
  • Focus on controls and governance including security reviews
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker
  • Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities
  • Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
  • Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies
  • Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery
  • Knowledge of various analytical tools including Qlikview, Tableau, Access
  • Comfortable with performing data investigations that require high accuracy
  • Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues
  • Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions
  • Process Management knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate
  • Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives
  • Generation of reports and presentations for management
  • Bachelor's/University degree
  • Master's degree preferred
