We’re on the lookout for a Product Developer (Procurement) to join our growing Supply Chain Team. As part of our global supply chain restructure, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to help shape our next chapter. This role is ideal for someone who understands the end-to-end process of product development, thrives on negotiations, and has a sharp eye for cost analysis and supplier performance. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on our global supply chain while contributing to our ambitious sustainability goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Resource existing styles across Lower Impact initiatives, supplier issues, and country of origin
  • Maintain quality, fit, and overall look of product styles while optimising costs and margins
  • Manage supplier relationships and resource styles into the right vendors to align with capacity, compliance, and sustainability goals
  • Negotiate costs and ensure styles meet margin targets
  • Analyse data and create recommendations for buying and replenishment
  • Able to handle a large volume of product styles simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered accurately and on time
  • Support sustainable sourcing initiatives, reduce waste, and drive our commitment to 100% Lower Impact styles by 2030

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Product Development or Procurement with proven success in resourcing and supplier management
  • Strong knowledge of garment quality assurance, fabrics, fit, and compliance standards
  • A savvy negotiator with advanced Excel skills and experience using PLM or similar tools
  • Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and proactive, with the ability to problem-solve and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for sustainability and creating impact through smarter sourcing
